This Thursday, May 26th, Rapleaf and Microsoft will host the 2011 Personalization Summit. As Personalization redefines itself in businesses, technology, and society today, it’s important to realize just how we arrived back at personalization, how to adapt to the new environment, and how to stay current, given the new technologies that are constantly evolving.

This year’s summit will bring together 150 of the top executives, experts, influencers, and other prominent leaders with a vested interest of personalization in today’s world. The invite-only event will consist of interactive panel discussions from industry-leading organizations to discuss benefits and implications of personalization, privacy, customer segmentation and more. As people begin to expect more personal and meaningful interactions from brands and services they use, how can businesses effectively communicate to customers and show their offerings matter more than those of their competitors?
